| 2. Payment |
: |
A deposit of 25% of the cost of tour is
necessary to secure the deal at the time of booking, or 28 days
before commencing date of the tour. A Full payment is required to be
settled at least 14 days prior to commencing date of tour.

| 3. Cancellation |
: |
Cancellation shall be
effective on the day written notice is received by Thingazar.
Cancellation fees will be:
29 or more days prior to arrival Yangon date: No cancellation fee
28 to 14 days prior to arrival Yangon date: 25 % of the cost
14 to 7 days prior to arrival Yangon date: 50 % of the cost
Less than 7 days prior to arrival Yangon date: 75 % of the cost |
| 4. Group Discount |
: |
Tour leader of the group (15 Full
paying persons + 1 Tour leader), is free of charge for meals,
transfers, accommodations and sightseeing costs. This
complimentary policy extends only up to maximum 2 Tour leaders,
with minimum 30 Full paying persons. For larger sized groups,
please check with Thingazar at the time of reservation. |
| 5. Child Reduction |
: |
Rate for the child, aged
2~11 years, with two Full paying adults will be discounted:
50% of cost - if sharing the same room - and - extra bed not
require,
25% of cost - if sharing the same room - and - extra bed require.
For all due considerations regarding children rates, please check
with Thingazar at the time of reservation. |
| 6. Package Tour |

Package tour Price includes :
Package tour Price includes:
- Meeting, assistance and transfer on arrival and departure at
Yangon International Airport.
- Porter age for two pieces of baggage per person.
- Domestic flights, car/coach and boats for transportation, city
sightseeing and excursions as per itineraries.
- Three meals daily, on Set-menu at high standard local
restaurants.
- On all transfer and sightseeing tours, one certified/
experienced Tour guide will escort through out.
- Entrance Fees of certain arranged tour sites.
- Accommodations are arranged on twin sharing basis at mentioned
Hotels. For requirement of single-occupancy in a room: Single
Supplement rates, listed in the tariff, will be applicable.
Every effort will be made to secure the reserved room and hotel
but if the circumstances do not permit, alternative of another
similar or higher standard room or hotel will be provided.
Price Excludes:
- International Airfare, Airport Tax and Visa fees.
- Also excluded are Personal expenses, room services, mini bar,
etc.
- Optional tours.

| 7. Responsibilities |

Neither Thingazar Travels & Tours
Co. Ltd. nor any person assisting it is responsible for any loss,
injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularities sustained by the
client due to occurrences outside the tour programmes. The Company
does not accept any responsibility for losses or expenses due to :
delays or changes in other services beyond control of the Company,
accidents, sickness, severe weather or such circumstances referred
to as Acts of God, which are beyond control by standard norms, in
the course of tour.
However, the company retains the professional ethics of protecting
the clients from any damage or inconvenience; will assist for
claims and defense from client's side if any ever occurs.
